These are nice and sturdy and easier to clean than standard rubber/silicone toppers! 

Available in 10mm ONLY. 10mm fits 30-40oz straws. 

These DO NOT fit on boba straws.

Due to the nature of 3D printing, there may be small imperfections on the model. The colors and patterns on the print can vary slightly. While PLA filament is a strong material, it is not indestructible. Any claim for a damaged item should be upon delivery and must be reported within 5 days of the delivery date and must include photos before consideration of a replacement or refund is made. PLA filament is temperature sensitive. Do not expose to high temperatures or leave in direct sunlight for extended periods of time (above 100 degree). Excess exposure to temperatures above 160F may lead to deformation. Do not put your 3D print in the dishwasher. Do not expose to harsh chemicals.

NOT food grade. Not suitable for children's products.

TURN AROUND TIME (TAT): Our current TAT for RTS (ready to ship) is 1-3 business days. Please note this excludes holidays and weekends! 


PRESALE TAT: Our current TAT for pre-sale products is up to 45 business days. Meaning it could take the full 45 days in order for your order to ship. This could take longer if any modifications need to be made or if any defects are made during production. If any changes are made, I will update in our Facebook group! Please keep in mind when ordering, presale items must be ordered separately from RTS or your entire order will ship together.
 

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR PRESALE UNLESS WE PASS TAT! REFUND WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FORM OF A SHOP CREDIT. I ORDER QUANTITY OF PREORDER PIECES AS ORDERS COME IN!

Returns & Exchanges

REFUNDS:
If you receive a product damaged during shipment, please email and report the damages within 72 hours of delivery. We will do everything necessary to fix the issue! Please provide a photo of the damage. If your order has a delay and you prefer a shop credit, or a refund, please send an email with your order number and product name that is causing your order to be delayed! 



NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY OTHER REASONS! NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ORDERS CONTAINING PRE ORDER ITEMS!
