TURN AROUND TIME (TAT): Our current TAT for RTS (ready to ship) is 1-3 business days. Please note this excludes holidays and weekends!
PRESALE TAT: Our current TAT for pre-sale products is up to 45 business days. Meaning it could take the full 45 days in order for your order to ship. This could take longer if any modifications need to be made or if any defects are made during production. If any changes are made, I will update in our Facebook group! Please keep in mind when ordering, presale items must be ordered separately from RTS or your entire order will ship together.
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR PRESALE UNLESS WE PASS TAT! REFUND WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FORM OF A SHOP CREDIT. I ORDER QUANTITY OF PREORDER PIECES AS ORDERS COME IN!
SHIPPING TIMES: Delivery Estimates are generated by USPS. Please note once your package is handed over to USPS it is out of our hands. Please reach out to your local post office about delays or delivery issues.

REFUNDS: If you receive a product damaged during shipment, please email and report the damages within 72 hours of delivery. We will do everything necessary to fix the issue! Please provide a photo of the damage. If your order has a delay and you prefer a shop credit, or a refund, please send an email with your order number and product name that is causing your order to be delayed!
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY OTHER REASONS! NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ORDERS CONTAINING PRE ORDER ITEMS!
